ORATORY "EXODUS TRIADA"

For choir, symphony orchestra and soloists

The oratorio is the first attempt in 200 years to translate Exodus into music through the prism

World History.

The oratorio consists of 3 parts:

Prologue - prayer, salvation.

In the meantime, there is no need to know about it. ”

The first part is slavery in Egypt,

The second part - the Middle Ages, crusades, pogroms,

The third part is pre-war Germany, the tragedy of fascism.

Epilogue - prayer, salvation and exodus.

In the meantime, there is no need to know about it. ”

April 12, 2016 in the hall of the Moscow State Philharmonic PI Tchaikovsky, the premiere of the Oratorio "Exodus Triada" by the composer Yuri Sherling, performed by the State Symphony Orchestra named after Svetlanov and the Moscow Academic Choir under the direction of People's Artist of the USSR V.N. Minin.
